CLOUD EFFECT

The cloud effect finish, also known as feather sponging, is a combination of sponging and color washing. A blue color may be used as a base coat and the cloud is done in white. purple, and/or pink may be added as accent colors to the cloud effect, but allow each color to dry before adding the other one.
