STRIPES
A perfect surface condition is needed for the stripes technique, which means a wall with no holes, scratches or dents. A painter's masking tape is used to divide the surface into parallel rows for precise painting. Select a tape that prevents the paint from seeping underneath and is easily removed without damage to the base coat.
